As I sit back and remember that wonderful day when you and I were sealed for Time and all Eternity, I can't help but smile! You are my best friend, my confidant, my partner in everything. You make me smile, laugh and even cry sometimes and I love you for it. This year we share more then just 6 years, we became parents. I love watching you with Eva, you have this uncanny ability to get her to sleep in the most random of places. Eric, I love you more and more everyday, Happy Anniversary!

Well, after a month of sore muscles, dirty diapers and very little sleep, we are finally getting the hang of things. Eva is such a joy to have in our home, and we couldn't be happier! The dogs just adore her and protect her like one of their own. Eric has found his inner Dad and is truly a natural. We love watching her grow and learn and are excited for this new adventure in our lives!!

We had our little baby on May 18, 2010 at 2:07 AM!! She was 6 lbs 12 oz and 19 inches long! We named her Evangalene Yunker! Labor wasn't to bad (thanks to the Epidural) and the delivery was fast!

Baby Update

We are almost into week 26 and are just still as excited as ever!! My Dr.'s appointments are going great and he says that Baby and I are growing just fine.

We are still working on the nursery, although it is taking longer than I hoped, with all the other things going on right now, we just can't seem to find time to finish. I'm sure that it will turn out just as I have had it pictured in my head for the last 2 years!! Oh yeah, I almost forgot the best part of our baby news, we are going to be surprised! Yup, that's right we are not going to find out the sex of Baby until we deliver! I am more excited about this than Eric, the O.C.D in him is just not happy with that decision!!

Baby Yunker

As most of you have already heard, we are expecting our first baby!! We are due June 5th, and are super excited. We went and had our first ultrasound on the 7th of January, it was such a sureal expirence I wanted to be hooked up and watch our baby all day. The only down side to this is that Baby was sleeping in such an awkward position that we were unable to find out the gender(sigh). I guess we will have to wait!!

Snoopy vs. The Red Baron

Every year as a child, my family listened to Snoopy's Christmas while decorating the tree. I have so many memories with the whole family singing along as we put up our favorite ornaments. After five years of not having it, I spent most of my afternoon on the internet to find it and at last I did!! Eric started listening to the songs and really enjoyed them. It was so much fun putting up our tree to the songs of my childhood!

On Sunday night I watched the MTV Movie awards for really only one reason, to see the first ever New Moon Trailer. It was amazing, I couldn't breath after I saw it the first time and before the night was over I had watched it almost 10 more times!! I am going to try and post it here, if it doesnt work then at least you will have a link.

We have been really busy the past little bit cause Wendy had puppies!! On March 23 we came home to a little boy puppy that had just been born and throughout the rest of the night we welcomed 2 more into our home. Wendy did such a great job and is a great mother. Three days after he was born our little runt actually passed away, it was one of the saddest days, but we had to keep going to make sure the other two stayed healty. Now 8 weeks later, Zack and Gil are happy puppies. Zack lives his Dad now (Mandee and Adam), and we kept Gil.

I have been getting a lot of "crap" from some of you that follow my blog that I need to post an update so here you go. Eric has started a new job, he is finally done with Southern ... YAY!!! I am so happy and so is he. He loves it, he is doing the same thing, still working with computers but it is a much better enviornment for him. He also went back to school and is so happy about that too. Wendy is prego and we are expecting to have puppies very soon, like in the next 3 days soon. As for me ... other than a dumb cold, nothing to exciting here. So now you know that we are not dead or anything, just living our lives and having fun!!

Twilight!!!

Ok, So it has been about 35 hours since I saw Twilight and after a much needed night of sleep, I am now going to tell you how it was. First, I just want to thank my good friend Micah, owner of Random Clothing, (my favorite store) for the awesome tailgate premire party!! Anyway, back to the movie, OMG!!! is all I have to say. I loved it, no, it wasnt anything like the the love i have for the book, but how can you take a 500 page book and turn it into a 2 hour movie? But I still loved it, the actors did a great job at portraying characters that so many women around the world have pictured different. I mean good heck, I almost feel out of my chair with delight when Carlisle came on screen, and I felt like he was to Ken-dollish from all the pictures I had seen. It is a great movie and I can't wait to see it again!!!

Disneyland

Eric and I went on our annual Disneyland vacation in July. We had so much FUN!! We spent four days in Disneyland, went to Hollywood, Newport Beach, Santa Monica, Knotts Berry Farm, and Soak City. With all of this, we still had time to relax in our hotel room, which was much needed.

To celebrate Maggie passing her Massage Therapy Exam, we got together with all of your friends and had an 80's themed party! We played Guitar Hero, Sing Star (80's style of course) and danced around to some killer music man!!

Ultimate Monopoly!!

So here's how to play: get as many friends as you want together, set up four boards with the FREE PARKING's touching. Each person of course, starts on the GO that their token belongs to, you then go in the direction as normal but when you come to FP's continue onto the new board and make your way around as usual. IT IS SO MUCH FUN!!! Eric, Robert, Amber and I played for 4 nights and finally gave in to the never ending madness. Robert won with a value of $26,687, I came in second with $20,167, Eric with $12,542 and Amber, almost bankrupt, with $1,038. We have decided that you have to love Monopoly to enjoy this much insanity!!

Just a Quick Up-Date

First I would like to welcome you to our blog. I think this is a great way to keep in touch and let everyone know what we are up to. Eric and I have been married for almost four years and still love every minute of it. We built our first home in June of 2006 in the fields of Hurricane Utah, I thought we were a little crazy to build all the way out here and still work in St. George but the everyday twenty minute commute hasen't been that bad. Eric is still working for Southern Utah Title Company as their software developer, but has picked up a recent new love of photography. He has created a website with his friend Doug that they post all the really good ones on, if you wanna check it out go to www.hikesouthernutah.com . He really has a nack for it. As for me, I just finished massage therapy school and will be taking my boards in less than a month, i am nurvous but I'm sure everything will turn out ok. We don't have any kids and there are none on the way but we do have our little dog Wendy that is just like her mom(me), hyper and crazy all the time!
